The ranking is calculated on the basis of the points scored by the clubs of a given country in international and national cups. All clubs are included in the ranking (also without a coach). Z= 3 points, R= 2 points, P= -1 point.Winner Cup = 100 points, Loser Cup = 50 points, Round = 10 points.
